Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on winningplus5. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. winningplus5 employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended, all balances forfeited, and the player may be permanently banned from the Platform.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your winningplus5 Account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and email address. You must promptly update your Account information if any details change. winningplus5 is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate Account information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your winningplus5 Login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify winningplus5 support immediately. winningplus5 will never ask for your password via any communication channel.

winningplus5 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods listed on the Platform's cashier page. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated. winningplus5 aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within fifteen (15) minutes of approval, though processing times may vary depending on payment provider availability and verification status.

All transactions on the winningplus5 Platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (₱). Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are the responsibility of the player.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions offered by winningplus5 are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

winningplus5 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to player Accounts, subject to the applicable wagering requirements remaining in force.

Upon termination for cause, any bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to the player's verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable investigation.
You may close your winningplus5 Account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
